All persons shall be allowed to travel to and from the Province of Cebu and the cities of Cebu, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu. Effective immediately, all persons traveling to the Province of Cebu* may have shall no longer be required to present a negative (a) RT-PCR Test Result nor a (b) Rapid Antigen Test Result as a requirement for entry. Instead, they shall present a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE certifying that they do not exhibit symptoms of the COVID-19 disease at the point of origin. The medical certificate should be issued within twenty-four (24) hours immediately before arrival in Cebu. Persons traveling to and from LGUs within Cebu Island shall not be required to comply with the requirements. * Please check travel requirements for Cebu City, Lapu-lapu City, Mandaue City as they may differ from Cebu Province

Upon check-in at the airport of origin, all domestic passengers, whether APOR or Non-APOR, traveling to the Province of Cebu shall be required to present either: A negative RT-PCR Test Result taken within the last 72 hours; or A negative Antigen Test Result taken within the last 72 hours Persons without a negative RT-PCR Test Result or negative Antigen Test Result shall not be allowed to board the aircraft bound for Cebu. Persons holding a negative RT-PCR or a negative Antigen Test Result the validity of which will expire in transit shall also not be allowed to board the aircraft. Persons traveling to and from LGUs within Cebu Island shall not be required to comply with the requirements. Confirmed Round Trip Plane Ticket must also be presented (except for LSI and ROF) Fill-out Province of Cebu Public Health Passenger Locator Form

Leisure travel from Metro Manila to areas under general community quarantine (GCQ) and modified GCQ (MGCQ) are allowed subject to local government guidelines.
