A Guide on Arrival and Quarantine Procedures:

LIST OF “YELLOW” COUNTRIES IDENTIFIED UNDER IATF RESOLUTION 141-B
Starting October 8, 2021, fully vaccinated individuals coming from “Yellow” List countries/territories/jurisdictions, need to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) testing taken on the fifth (5th) day. After which, they shall be required to undergo home quarantine until their tenth (10th) day, with the day of arrival being the first day. The Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) shall ensure strict symptom monitoring while in the facility. Non-OFWs and Foreign nationals shall be required to secure their own pre-booked accommodation of at least six (6) days; All other countries/territories/jurisdictions not identified as “Green” or “Red”.

Testing and quarantine protocols for verified fully vaccinated travelers coming from either “Green” or “Yellow” List Countries

                                             Facility-based quarantine stay             – 5 nights and 6 days

                                             RT-PCR testing                                    – 5th day

                                             Home Quarantine                                – Complete 10 days at home

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

All passengers, except OFWs, must ensure to have a confirmed hotel booking for 6 days.
Fully vaccinated passengers traveling with unvaccinated minors will follow regular testing and quarantine protocols.
Minors should always be accompanied by their parents/guardian throughout the quarantine period. Upon receipt of the Negative RT-PCR Results and Bureau of Quarantine, Quarantine Certificate, passenger can continue their Quarantine stay at Home.

For purposes of verification/confirmation of vaccination status, any of the following shall be acceptable:
a. For Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their spouse, parent/s, and/or children traveling with them: a Certification from the Philippine Overseas Labor Office in the country of origin;
b. For Filipinos and foreigners fully vaccinated in the Philippines: either their VaxCertPH digital vaccination certificate or BOQ-issued International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICV);
c. For non-OFWs and foreigners fully vaccinated abroad: the national digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement or BOQ-issued ICV.

Individuals whose vaccination status cannot be independently verified/confirmed by Philippine authorities as valid and authentic coming from either “Yellow” List countries/territories/jurisdictions, shall be required to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative RT-PCR testing taken on the seventh (7th) day. After which, they shall be required to undergo home quarantine until their fourteenth (14th) day, with the day of arrival being the first day. The BOQ shall ensure strict symptom monitoring while in the facility. Foreign nationals shall be required to secure their own pre-booked accommodation of at least eight (8) days;
“Green List” countries/jurisdictions/territories are those classified by the IATF as “Low Risk” countries/jurisdictions/territories, upon recommendation of the DOH based the following metrics: (i.) for populations greater than 100,000, the incidence rate (cumulative new cases over the past 28 days per 100,000 population) shall be less than 50; and (ii.) For populations less than 100,000, the COVID-19 case counts (cumulative new cases over the past 28 days) shall be less than 50, as prescribed by its Technical Advisory Group.

Thank you for choosing City Garden GRAND Hotel! Although our hotel is operating, we are mandated to follow guidelines from our government. As such, please note the permitted guests to check-in at a MULTIPLE-USE HOTEL: During ECQ / MECQ (Alert Levels 4 & 5): 1. Individuals who opt or are required to undergo mandatory Quarantine, such as close contacts, repatriated OFWs, Returning Overseas Filipinos, Foreign Nationals allowed entry into the Philippines, and other individuals required to undergo quarantine; 2. Health and emergency frontline services personnel who need easy access to their place of work; 3. Long Staying Guests; 4. Returning Residents; and 5. Other APORs who require accommodation pursuant to their official function or duty. During GCQ / MGCQ (Alert Levels 1 - 3): Same as 1 to 5 above, plus: 1. Business Guests; Maximum occupancy per room is two (2) persons belonging to the same household. If not, only one (1) person will be allowed. Visitors are not permitted at any time and Minors must be travelling with their parents. "No Face Mask, No Face Shield, No Entry" policy is strictly implemented. Arrival protocol shall be as follows depending on your vaccination status: • for Non-vaccinated travelers (not fully vaccinated or fully vaccinated but not from a Green Country) : 10-day Mandatory Quarantine (9 nights and 10 days) • for Vaccinated travelers (Fully vaccinated and from Green Countries) : 8-day Mandatory Quarantine (7 nights and 8 days) Aside from the above, our Firefly Roof deck Restaurant's operation will greatly depend on the current Community Quarantine/Alert Level implemented within the hotel's area while our Gym, Spa, Spice Café, Cinnamon Bark and Pool are still closed. Leisure/Staycation purposes are strictly prohibited at the moment and should your purpose of stay does not match the above criteria, we are happy to move your booking to a later date or we can process a refund/free cancellation with our online travel partner where you've made your reservation.
