Meeting and Greet at Sayak Airport then transfers to hotel/resort.

GCQ : October 01 - 31, 2021 Allowed* The whole Province of Surigao del Norte shall adopt and implement the Alert Level 4 guidelines. Intrazonal and Interzonal travel for persons not otherwise required to remain at their residences may be allowed subject to the mandatory travel protocols and the following requirements listed below. Clark to Siargao flights are closed until October 30, 2021.

TOURIST (INVITED BY LOCAL RESIDENT OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE) Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test taken within forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) days from the date of release of the result Children who are seventeen (17) years old and below are exempted from presentation of negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test Valid Identification Card Travel Certification issued by the Mayor of the City/Municipality of destination (within the Province of Surigao del Norte) Acceptance Letter – for tourists and private APORs bound to Municipality of General Luna TOURIST (NOT INVITED BY LOCAL RESIDENT OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE / WALK-IN TOURISTS) Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test taken within forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) days from the date of release of the result Children who are seventeen (17) years old and below are exempted from presentation of negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test Valid Identification Card Confirmed booking of accommodation for at least two (2) nights from the resort, hotel or hostel duly accredited by the DOT Acceptance Letter – for tourists and private APORs bound to Municipality of General Luna

As of October 08, 2021, the Guidelines on the Pilot Implementation of Alert Levels System for COVID-19 was amended to include the following provision under IATF Resolution No. 142. The following persons shall be allowed point-to-point interzonal travel (including leisure travel)to areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and/or Modified General Community Quarantine: Those below eighteen (18) years old; Fully vaccinated individuals over sixty-five (65) years of age; Fully vaccinated individuals with immunodeficiencies, comorbidities, or other health risks; and Fully vaccinated pregnant women And shall be subject to the guidelines and strict protocols as may be prescribed by the Department of Tourism and the reasonable regulations of the LGU of destination.

SIC transfers allowed one piece of luggage (standard size) per payable passenger. 4. Rates are valid for Filipino Passport holder only. 5. There will be a surcharge for non-Philippines passport holders (please check with us. 6. Rates are non-refundable, non-rebookable, non-transferable once booked and finalized. 7.
